Frequently Asked Questions
If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in, you can initiate a secure reset by clicking 'Forgot password?' on the login screen. You will be prompted to enter your registered email address. Within minutes, you'll receive an automated message containing a unique, time-sensitive link. Clicking this link will redirect you to a secure portal where you can create a new, strong password. For security reasons, the reset link expires after 60 minutes. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder or ensure that you are using the same email address associated with your Michaelsoft account.
Managing a large supplier base is effortless. For individual additions, use the 'Add Supplier' modal in the Suppliers dashboard. For bulk operations, we recommend our CSV Import utility. By preparing a spreadsheet with your suppliers' contact details and business categories, you can upload hundreds of records simultaneously. Our intelligent parser will validate the data in real-time, ensuring that phone numbers are correctly formatted and email addresses are unique. This feature is particularly useful when transitioning from manual ledgers or legacy ERP systems, allowing you to centralize your procurement data in a matter of seconds.
Security is the foundation of our platform. We employ military-grade AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. Your procurement data is stored in isolated database clusters with 24/7 monitoring and automated daily backups. Furthermore, we implement a strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system, ensuring that only authorized personnel in your organization can view sensitive pricing and supplier information. We regularly undergo third-party security audits to maintain the highest standards of data protection and privacy compliance.
Absolutely. We believe in data portability and transparency. You can export any dataset—including orders, invoices, and supplier performance metrics—directly from the dashboard. Simply use the 'Export' button located in the action bar of any table. You can choose between CSV for further analysis in Excel/Google Sheets, or a professionally formatted PDF for auditing and financial reporting. Filters applied to your current view will be respected in the export, allowing you to generate highly specific reports, such as 'All Pending Orders for May 2026' or 'Complete Expenditure for Supplier X'.
